Twenty-four hours' notice from the link in your confirmation. Inside that, telephone us. We do not charge a cancellation fee on a standard appointment; a group booking's deposit is the exception and it is said plainly on the group page.
We hold your slot for fifteen minutes. After that, whether we can still do the booked service depends on what is behind it — often the answer is a shorter version of the same thing, at the shorter price. We will not run the appointment into somebody else's.
Card or cash at the counter when you are finished. Prices on this site are before New York State and City sales tax, which is added at the till. Nothing is taken when you book.
Tips go to the person who did the work, in full, and are never pooled or taken by the shop. There is no service charge on the bill.
Children are welcome. Under twelves have their own two appointments and a grown-up stays in the room. We do not do gel or acrylic on an under-twelve.
You may. There is no charge for it and no discount either — you are paying for the time, not the bottle. We will not use a gel we cannot identify under our own lamp.
We ask before photographing anybody's hands and we take no for an answer. Nothing on this website is a client's hands.
Tell us within seven days and come back in. A nail that has lifted, chipped or broken inside a week is fixed at no charge. Past seven days it is ordinary wear and it is a repair at the price on the list.

Pick the service and any add-ons and the calendar adds up the minutes before it looks for a slot, so the times you are offered are times that actually fit what you asked for. A pedicure also needs one of the three chairs, and if none is free at four o'clock on a Saturday it will say so rather than book you in and hope.
